I've been with this clinic for months. Two different therapists took my insurance money, then admitted they couldn't help me and passed me to someone less experienced. After I opened up about my deepest trauma, both abandoned me. They don't listen and don't properly match clients with therapists. If you're struggling, this place will make it worse, not better.
Disgusting, inappropriate, and unprofessional behavior. Extremely judgemental as well!! You all should be ashamed of the awful business you run. Seems to me this place needs to be under investigation.
It's a shame that my child never received the help that he needs. This place was recommended to me. We've been on the wait list since 2024. They keep calling asking if we are still interested, then assign us to a therapist who refuses to connect with us or schedule us and the cycle starts over. 6-8 months later, we'll get another call asking if we are interested and then we hear nothing for over 6 months.
