Disgusting, inappropriate, and unprofessional behavior. Extremely judgemental as well!! You all should be ashamed of the awful business you run. Seems to me this place needs to be under investigation.
It's a shame that my child never received the help that he needs. This place was recommended to me. We've been on the wait list since 2024. They keep calling asking if we are still interested, then assign us to a therapist who refuses to connect with us or schedule us and the cycle starts over. 6-8 months later, we'll get another call asking if we are interested and then we hear nothing for over 6 months. I’m thankful for this team’s commitment to serving children on Medicaid. It’s getting rarer but remains a vital resource in our state, and they make a meaningful impact.
Would leave 0 stars if it was possible. The service provided (or lack of) by both the office as well as the therapist here was an absolute nightmare to have experienced. While I am more than understanding of extinuating circumstances and mistakes that happen from time to time... repeated incidents lean towards abuse of patients rather than providing any level of care.
