Horrible customer service! And I was force to purchase a $100 router booster box with my cable company just so ITG could connect my speaker system. This wouldn't have been a problem if this was explained to me during my selection process weeks before my home started to be built. Now I am forced to play email tag with them just to get a technician back out there to complete the installation. I am so glad I didn't get any of the other services they offered and regret getting the speaker system.
