While seeing Cathy W, as my therapist I learned multiple processes for improving my core strength, supporting improved gait and resolving back pain. She taught me the Hesch Method, the importance of the psoas muscles, use of trigger points, improved walking posture and how to properly ascend and descend stairs as well as an introduction to the basics of Pilates and the Reformer Table. Very professional staff. Helped me through a frustrating knee injury. Zach and Travis were great. They also always have a very good playlist going!
Cathy is a wealth of information. She is a good listener and takes the time to understand what your concerns are. She treats the whole patient and not just one body part. I highly recommend her. Also Cindy, the receptionist is a delight.
entire staff is super friendly! good experience from the moment you walk in their door. work is super effective. recommended multiple family members who also had a pleasant experience. integrated rehab is typically extremely busy (especially in the morning) which goes to show how good they are.
