A terrible experience trying to get any issue resolved. The Community Director "*************************" at the *************** apartment complex has shown a disgraceful level of professionalism. Awful. Call the number to complain and says call this number then email. I emailed and no response. They supposedly own One 90 Firewheel in Garland according to my paperwork. The girls in the office don’t know. Property is a Mess. Just full of trash all over, dog feces, people throwing dog feces in bags all over, drug activity. I’ve reported to manager many times to no avail. Reported to City all the garbage and reported to Intergrated with no response. Terrible!!
