Asked to changed psychiatrists from Chandra Williams after a very uncomfortable session where she cried in front of me about her daughter for just about half of my session because she said I “reminded her of her” after opening up about my own health issues (not to mention she blatantly told me to my face I “probably didn’t have” what I had been previously diagnosed with, without even letting me finish my sentence.) I had great experiences with Integrated Psychiatric Services. Dr. Crystal was such a lovely person to work with. She fosters a comfortable environment, listens carefully, and is extremely receptive to how the patient is feeling. She was very helpful in finding the right prescription for me and made sure I felt heard and involved throughout the process. She’s the best! I’d highly recommend her!
This place is so unprofessional.
I have been a patient here since 2021. After years of feeling unheard and like a number, this is the first office to make me feel the complete opposite. Throughout lots of ups and downs, Dr. Bora, Suzanne, and the entire staff have been extremely supportive, helpful, and made me feel genuinely cared for. I genuinely cannot recommend this office nor praise them enough. If you've had terrible experiences with other offices and are now skeptical about most psychiatrists, I promise this office will change your mind.
Some of the other providers might be competent, but Chandra Williams is definitely not. There are so many things that went wrong in our initial appointment, but let me just cite one thing. She brought my child back without me and didn't explain to either of us the structure of the visit or why she was doing this. Okay, I went with it even though I had a weird feeling about it.
