IPS replaced my sewer line quickly and professionally. When I encountered a issue with my sink stops a year later, they were able to resolve it within two days of my call.
I cannot brag on Alex Hall enough. He had helped us out in a pinch when we had a large unexpected pipe to our septic system fail. He showed up that day and took care of replacing the pipe even though it was in the crawl space of our home. His pricing was very fair. Flash forward one year and he showed up and helped out again. He is well mannered, respectful and knows his job. I will continue to use him and send others his name and number.

He halted other projects and put us at the top of the list to get this issue resolved in a timely manner.
