IPM does a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable, very thorough. Technician is a very nice young man. We have had great results (no critters) since we started using IPM.
We moved to Wilmington little less than a year ago and learned that compared to where we were from in Maryland there are different types of insects and bugs down here. Integrated Pest Management has been very responsive and their treatment has been effective in keeping The Unwanted Intruders out of our house. I recommend them, especially on the quarterly plan..
I have been a customer of IPM for over 15 years. The service and the professionalism is incredible. I bought another home in Wilmington, NC three years ago. I added mosquito service because I live near the woods and to date I have not seen a mosquito which is rare for this area. I would and have recommended their services to anyone.
They are punctual & efficient....always on top of any issues we have....at one time, we had a rodent problem....they solved it and continue to keep it under control....All of their service people are courteous and knowledgeable...we are completely satisfied with their service....
