The whole staff is very professional!
I was advised by the NP (on 9/11/25)that I am going through heart failure based on test results done in June 2025. My Dr had evidence of heart failure in June but didn’t advise me until I came in for a follow-up in Sept 2025. The NP said they only call for emergencies. Heart failure should warrant a phone call. I’m very disappointed in Dr.Keller & his office & will not be returning as his patient.
She is very professional and caring for her patients. The wait times were short, the staff is great.
Annie was amazing, she made me feel at ease to speak with her, made me feel safe. I'm someone who's not at the Dr much so I was impressed at how professional she was and personable. I look forward to working with her during my journey to better health...
