Took my 98 yo Dads 4k, had one video conference with Dr Bob and then never helped saying he didn't have a definitive diagnosis. Kept getting run around from office Stephanie and called numerous times. If you do Not have an end stage diagnosis in writing from your personal MD. Do not use. Call a hospice facility and I recommend generative care, as they help and did more for my Dad than Dr Bob. BTW, I have never heard back from Dr Bob, not even condolences.
Dr. Bob Uslander and his team were extremely professional and worked closely with the hospice doctors for the care and choices of one of our loved ones. Dr. Bob's angelic presence and calm demeanor put us all at ease. He was kind, gentle, compassionate, and clear in his communication. I highly recommend Dr. Bob Uslander and Rev.
