The staff are wonderful. In today’s world where there are so many hoops to jump through, they always make sure communication is clear between the client and the parent. It is a facility that truly cares about their clients, and goes well above what is needed to make sure each and everyone of themAre viewed as special because that’s what they are special.
ILC has been such a great organization to work with. Not only do they assist in helping me find clients, who I have grown close to, but my supervisors have always been very supportive and compassionate themselves. It’s a great honor to work for this company…..they all have a piece of my heart!! ❤️
