On several occasions this company has made commitments and promises that they failed to follow through on. In my experience, they do not value me as a customer. Based on repeated failures to meet commitments and provide the level of service i am looking for, I have terminated my business relationship with them. I recommend that people look elsewhere to find a lawn care company that will value them as a customer.
