Friendly and very thorough service. Technician (Joel) explained what needed to be done for some of our run down pipettes and was very friendly.
Excellent overall experience with I2S. We have been using them for several years for our annual pipette calibration service. The entire process from scheduling and interacting with the service technician to the final calibration service is smooth and highly professional. I highly recommend I2S.
The technicians are really quick at servicing our lab pipettes, and they do a great job!
