The specialist that came to our lab (Adam) was great. He was efficient, easy to work with, and completed his work quickly (despite a pretty big power outage). Will be happy to use this company again.
It was easy to get a quote and schedule the calibration and services of my pipets. The technician arrived during the specified time frame and spent all day working for us. I've used I2S for many years and am happy with everything they do for me.
Daniel the service tech was great, but there was a major miscommunication again about where our pipettes would be serviced. We had specified in advance that our 45 pipettes had to be done in specific rooms in our lab. When he arrived he thought there were only 30 pipettes and was going to take them to another lab where he had set up. In order to get everything done where we wanted, he finished the other lab first then started on our pipettes 3 hours later than expected.
