I cannot say enough positive things about Integrated in-unit hospice care. Besides the clean, updated, home like feel of the building and rooms, all the staff is amazing...kind, compassionate and very skilled and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone going through this difficult time.
Palliative Care team/nurse is not responsive when patients are in pain. We tried to phone three times and have our mother's medications reviewed, evaluated and provided; no answer. This is too long of a response time, when time is of the essence.
