Very rude receptionists and staff. She literally rolls her eyes at me when I ask questions and I can never get anyone on the phone and they play games with my referrals and insurance. This place should not even be a Animal hospital.

This place is the worst. I’ve been calling for over a week to get an appointment. Nobody is picking up or calling me back. So I have to drive there just to get an appointment.

The staff at the front not honest whoever dr is great They didn't request the urgent authorization for cardiologist when I asked them they said yes but I get the agent from the insurance authorization department over the phone conference call and he confirmed there nothing submitted. So the front office zero star

I’ve been coming to this place for nearly 10 years. Initially, Dr. Shaibani was my doctor, and after his retirement, Dr. Reza Mesbah took over. From the very first day, the staff at the front desk has been rude and unprofessional, and unfortunately, nothing has changed. Where do you even find these people?
