This office has great doctors , however the office manager who is in charge of making sure there are policies in place to handle ,emergency situations. I was told by the doctor that say me that the situation with my SCS is an emergency and must be attended to immediately , I may even have a possible infection that might be traveling up the spinal cords that lead .
I wish these guys would get their act together and everyone be on the same page. Trish The office manager has probably the worst attitude I've ever dealt with. She will go out of her way to not help the patient or family members. I will never go back to this office, nor would I recommended to anyone. I will be filling out Patient Satisfaction Survey and reaching out to the wellness committee.
