This office has great doctors , however the office manager who is in charge of making sure there are policies in place to handle ,emergency situations. I was told by the doctor that say me that the situation with my SCS is an emergency and must be attended to immediately , I may even have a possible infection that might be traveling up the spinal cords that lead .
We had no issues with receptionist or doctor .. very respectful too..
