At the risk of sounding like an advertisement but still wanting to share my story, I’ll simply say that IHC and Brandy quite literally changed my life. This place is not about people, they are about money. I had been with them for about a year and a half. During that time my primary care provider was changed 3 times because Doctors kept leaving. That should have been my first clue. I have never not paid my bill ever, I simply wait until my next appointment to settle up, but evidently that is not good enough. Great staff and love Dr Schrenker. Love that since he's MD and naturopath my insurance covers visits. No copay. Like that natural herbal remedies are prescribed instead of Pharmaceuticals. Their patient portal web site is good for communication with staff and to ask questions. They're very responsive.
