Lalita is a gifted healer and yoga instructor. I first met her at her class at William’s Hall and now am taking her 7 week Align course. She has helped me reframe my cancer recovery and kick start my winter of self care. Her body work sessions are the best I have ever had. She has a deep intuition on your needs and is a joy to work with. Highly recommend.

WOW...what a wonderful healing experience with Lalita. She has amazing energy with such nurturing hands and caring heart. I feel blessed and bliss to experience her unique blend of body and energy work. Treat yourself if you are in Key West.
Lalita is absolutely wonderful. From teaching yoga to body healing work, my husband and I couldn’t have been happier. We both have tight muscles and carry stress in our backs - after having body therapy from Lalita (the day we flew home), my body felt so much relief and felt less tense. It was a comfortable room, her hand pressure was just enough and she focused on full body. She has a soft presence about her and her services are extremely therapeutic. I highly recommend visiting her
Lotus flow with Lalita has been one of my most favorite and transformative classes. It’s like yoga & therapy wrapped into one!! I walk out feeling refreshed and alive. Lalita is amazing I highly recommend!!
