bought an intake with a faulty part, was asked to wait for a replacement, after over 45 days of waiting I asked for a refund and was refused due to how long it had been 🤦🏻♂️ if you get something with a fault get it fixed right away don't try to be nice.
I've been waiting for a month for my order and I don't get any answer. There is no delivery date and the car is disassembled without being able to work. After calling the US from Spain and waiting several minutes, they confirm that it will be between 3 and 4 weeks after I place the order. We have been a month and I do not have shipping confirmation or tracking number. I will never buy from this company again. Thank you for offering killer hardware & software! 🤙 Especially for investing so much in product development for the 07K engine & 09G transmission. Messed us around for over a year promising a tune package for my 2015 b8.5 because i have the bolt on supercharger pulley. Spent a load of money of parts that i cant even use as the tune has never appeared.. Been over a year... very disappointing, everytime i ask its "coming soon" why sell loads of parts for a car but not the software too support it?
