I haven’t had my K04 tune for 24 hours and I love it!! IE deserves recognition and praise as a high quality brand. Not only are their products prestige, but their customer service is unmatched, and that goes a long way in the auto industry. Huge shoutout to Dave in their sales department. He helped me a lot and made my decision on a tuning brand very easy. Plus he dealt with my annoying questions. If you want your VW or Audi to perform at its peak...IE all the way!! #LiveFastBuyFun

still waiting for my tune to be corrected sent data logs and still no response. After I just spend 650$ cant use it. Starting to question their product and customer service😏😏
Their Customer Service is top notch and their Sales Department is always up to speed working at their best. They value their products and back them up. I've had one of their software engineers pull over on the side of the road to help me with a Software issue when I was stranded on the side of the road miles from home. Doesn't get much better then that. 5/5 for these guys and their Veteran friendly and provide Veteran discounts.
I would like to just put a big shout out and thank you to the guys at Integrated Engineering, especially Cristian and Damon for bearing with me and my pickyness. I would highly recommend them and hope to purchase tuning hardware in the future. Helpful and professional.
Watch out for this company- after payment there is no support and flashing tool is not working. They are not responding to emails. The company is unreachable. Now I will try to reclaim refund to get my money back. I don't recommend this company.
I’ve bought 2 ecu tunes and about to purchase a dsg tune for my mk6 gti. I absolutely LOVE them. The support team here is top notch and full of kind caring people. I have always felt taken care of by IE support and even with the support alone I would recommend them!
I just ran my Stage 1 Tune for my B8 S4. The power is so linear and its definitely more than what I was expecting. I'm looking forward to going Stage 2 eventually!
I'm just now trying their stage 2 tunes out on my mk7.5 Golf R and so far its fast and smooth. The real reason I wanted to leave a review is because of their excellent customer service, specifically Kevin Duenas. He got back to me very quickly with answers to a series of questions I had, and on the day my powerlink arrived he made sure my credits linked up correctly whe. I was having trouble due to my own fault. Grade A service. Thanks Kevin.
