I called this doctor’s office looking for information on booking an appointment with a dermatologist, but the receptionist’s attitude was horrible. The woman who answered the phone sounded completely unbothered and unwilling to help. Every question I asked about the process for scheduling or what I needed to do was met with an unhelpful, dismissive tone.
