I called to check and see if they take my insurance and the lady that pickup the phone Pauline told me that they would have to verify but continued to try to book me an appointment without even knowing if they take my insurance, she said that they would let me know the day before. I wish doctors would realize the importance of having capable and employees that are willing to assist and do their job.
