I would not recommend ICS to care for your loved one. My experience with this company has not been positive. The ICS website is a misrepresentation of the care that they provide. My mom hasn't had a aid in a full week.i have to make up for their (non-services).the aids that they do send COMPLAIN about what they aren't going to do.they talk on their phones,tell my mom what THEY are going to do, and don't perform their duties,but want a timesheet signed.she was left in urine and feces Too many times.I call the agency and is told to wait till they send someone else.but nobody has showed up in two days.YOU HAVE GOT TO DO BETTER AS AN AID AGENCY!!!!
