A family member was a patient here. The family member was displeased with the level of care. Their billing department then refused to take simple action to take care of a misunderstanding of our primary vs. secondary insurance, refusing to bill an out of network company even though we had our of network benefits, even though both insurers would have (and eventually did) issue payment. Avoid at all costs they will not listen to you. After 6 months 3 medications a genecite test which clearly outlines what medication works for me I was told I had to take another one and still prescribed sub optimal medication for me. Absolutely horrible experience nobody should suffer this much while trying to get help. They would rather play games than really help.

The nurses there are so nasty. They do not try to help. I would never step foot in that place again! And wow can’t reply to their fake response ! Never left a review like this ever! They’re narcissistic liars! They won’t help you!! Worst place ever! Reported them to the board of health! Was told they’d rather me be in the hospital for a month then refill the meds they put me on to begin with! Worst place ever and liars ! I highly recommend against this place. I went to ICCC for four years. I will not be returning for several reasons. I was very lucky to have a psychiatrist when I first got to the practice that was able to help me with what I needed. However, I have had an awful experience with the first therapist they recommended to me. The second one they matched me with was perfect. Now the last psychiatrist I saw at the practice, she refused to raise my dosage on my medication. I’ve been going to these guys since 2018 for both psychiatric prescriptions and general therapy. David Burnham and Dr. Pogran are both awesome. Couldn’t ask for a better support system.
