They told me that because I voluntarily terminated care during a crisis that they would be unable to have further correspondence with me or allow me to reschedule. I have never had this happen before at any other provider. Extremely disappointed in them.
Only come here if you enjoy not being listened to, being persistently misdiagnosed, and wasting your time. And money if missing appointments is a problem for you. That's if you can even get appointments on a regular schedule. They're chronically overbooked because this state is severely lacking in mental health providers and they're practically the only option here. Horrible clinic with detached practitioners who either don't know or don't care.
I have been coming to this place for a while now and it’s always been a pain to schedule. All they care about is taking your money. There’s nothing about this place that is actually caring. I remember one time last year, in 2025, I had a appointment at 1:40pm and I had to leave from work to come because I needed refills on my meds and rescheduling with this place is like pulling teeth. I came into this office last week for the first time and when I walked in I was not greeted by a single employee. The two girls sitting at the front desk looked at me walk in and looked back down without saying a word. I walked up to the desk and they did not even acknowledge me standing there and did not speak at all. I work in the medical field and this gave a very unprofessional look on this office and definitely makes me question if I want to bring my son back.
I was esperate at the time when they opened i got a call to get an appointment. The staff arr doing their jo s. Hunter is awesome. He is proffesional and friendly and hu listens to whatever you want to tell him. One of the best things about IBH is they are efficient and I usually only have to be there for about 30 minutes. No matter what anyone else says, they are fantastic there and I wouldn't leave their care....they would have to ban me...lol.
