I was a patient here for about a year, initially talk therapy with Bryant and medication management with Magee. Both of the providers were great - HOWEVER the office staff is despicable. I have been teetering on the edge of a crisis for 2 months now due to their negligence and inability to communicate/ schedule. Left work to make the appointment, I went to the other location instead by accident my appointment was at 1:40 I got to this location at 1:49 they told they had to cancel me . When I explain I went to the wrong location .
I’ve been seeing Ms. Savalla and Ms. Courtney for a few months now and they have truly been a blessing. They have always been attentive and caring and encouraging on my path. They always make sure I’m well taken care of. The staff is super professional and on there game always. I’m so glad I chose IBH
This place is amazing. I've been seeing the psychiatrist Dr. Parrot for a little over a year now and he is so amazing. He has never once given up on me and actually listens to me. He always has shown genuine care for me and has always tried his best to help me. He is so sweet and kind and recently once we were finally able to crack the code on what medicine I needed to be put on after struggling for a whole year, when I told him how great I was doing he had the biggest smile and I could've sworn he had tears of joy in his ey... read more
I love my two doctors, but the office staff are so rude! I would give 5 stars, but I cannot justify it with the attitude and lack of care they have. If it weren't for my doctors I would find somewhere else.
