I wish I could give a 0 star. Charging someone a $50 “no-show” fee for rescheduling an appointment is crazy! I can understand charging for an actual no call no show appointment missed but charging someone $50 to reschedule is ridiculous. My job now offers virtual mental health appointments and so I will now be doing that where I won’t be charged to reschedule an appointment! I advise everyone to look into this company further and read the most recent reviews before going forward!
I love my psychiatrist and therapist but I need the front desk to work on their people skills. There’s been times where I’ve called and I’ve received ugly attitudes unprovoked. I understand that you hate your job but that is not my problem!
I had. To give one star and that would be the only reason I gave it. I have never seen a medical. Profession, special? That would rather you kill yourself or so, then. To get the treatment that is needed it is it is disgusting. It is immoral and it is highly dangerous and I'll do everything thing I can to spread the word but I need everyone to band together on this it must be stopped
I am so thankful I found this place. Dealing with husband's terminal illness, and subsequent emotional and mental issues due to his body lettting him down. plus losses and issues in my own life made this step necessary for me. iBH staff have been so helpful for this time in my journey. I am not the only person who has seen a 'new me'. Highly recommend.
