I have known Erin for many years. She has gotten me through the darkest of times and also gave me the support that I needed When working with her she is supportive but also objective and will support all decisions you will make but also tell you there maybe consequences. If you are looking for that tlc and hard truth Erin is the way to go!!!!

My spouse has been rescheduled so many times with this place its ridiculous. He was supposed to have an appointment scheduled Monday the 26 he gets a call 30 minutes prior to his appointment stating the appointment has been rescheduled for today january 28th. He works so took the time off work to go to his appointment and gets there and is told that his appointment has been rescheduled for February 18th. So frustrated with this place.

They scheduled my appointment when thr doctor would be out for some reason. When they realized their mistake and asked me to reschedule, due to my work schedule and their availability, I had to be seen the following morning. I ended up oversleeping. They want me to pay 50 dollars for a missed appointment. So I have to give the more than 24 hours notice but they can give me less and then charge me. Ha

1 out of 5 stars I came here seeking help and left discouraged before I ever saw a provider. The receptionists were unpleasant, rude, and showed no empathy, which is unacceptable in a behavioral health setting. People come to places like this vulnerable and looking for relief—not to be met with added stress.
