I had an appointment scheduled for Friday with a new provider. I am really struggling and need a medication change, so I’ve been holding out for this appointment. I received a call saying the provider will not be in the office at that time and I have to reschedule. When I spoke with the scheduler, she gave me two other options for an appointment, but I would not have childcare at those times. I have been calling nonstop for the past hour and have not gotten anyone to answer the phone. I usually receive text messages for upcoming appointments but haven’t gotten one in months. I am now running out of my needed meds. I’m trying to call to make an appointment and speak about a refill but guess I’m SOL.

I should have listened to the reviews. Nearly every appointment I’ve had here has involved waiting an extra 30 minutes to over an hour past my scheduled appointment time, causing me to miss work on multiple occasions. My time has not been respected, and the repeated delays have been extremely frustrating. My biggest concern, however, was my experience with medication management. Should've listened to the reviews... get charged an extra appointment fee for going a minute over 15 minutes (the only time I actually tried to get her to switch my meds), yet almost every time I've been here I'm sitting in the lobby (missing work) for an extra 30 mins to up to an hour. Just very money hungry...DO NOT come here if you are looking for someone willing to work with you and not only for themselves!
