Receptionist was rude and definitely NOT friendly, which you would think wouldn't be the case at a place like this... oh and they aren't taking new patients 🤷♀️
The NP Smith is wonderful, but the if the whole visit is based on how I was treated at the front desk, they would get 0 stars. The lady at the front desk seems to have no compassion or yearn to help make someone’s day better.
I wish I could give a 0 star. Charging someone a $50 “no-show” fee for rescheduling an appointment is crazy! I can understand charging for an actual no call no show appointment missed but charging someone $50 to reschedule is ridiculous. My job now offers virtual mental health appointments and so I will now be doing that where I won’t be charged to reschedule an appointment! I advise everyone to look into this company further and read the most recent reviews before going forward!
I love my psychiatrist and therapist but I need the front desk to work on their people skills. There’s been times where I’ve called and I’ve received ugly attitudes unprovoked. I understand that you hate your job but that is not my problem!
