The best, fastest service I've experienced in a long time. As a small business owner, I take pride in providing excellent service to my clients. That is impossible to do when your network is down. ISC's quick response to the computer emergency at my office saved the day, and let me get back to business. I will definitely be utilizing their expertise in the future.

When I think of the now classic phrase, "Trusted Advisor", I think of these guys. They never try to oversell, I found their cost to be under market, there is never an up-charge for nights or weekends and they don't quit until the job is done. Can't say enough good things. If you know IT, then you know these are some of the Good Guys.

Chip and his guys definitely know what they're doing. Enough that they will offer their clients short term solutions that will add up Integral's billable hours, and make sure their clients are never fully self-sufficient. Our company had to deploy laptops to over 1,000 students and teachers. Did they have us set up servers and enroll our devices in AD? No. Their "solution" involved hundreds of man-hours both from them (billed at $100 an hour), and from our in-house staff. Ridiculous. DO NOT employ these people. Save your com... read more
