IMO, this man is and his organization are as crooked as they come. He agreed to buy my mother’s properry and entered into a contact to do so. He strung her along for months and finally breached the contract with no explanation. He then had the the audacity to demand the refund of the non refundable earnest money on top of the breach. My mother is an elderly women and this man has no respect for the people he interferes with. IMO he is an untrustworthy man and has no shame around it.
