Beware I have lived here since 2013 and they are becoming a very untrusting company. For every single thing they repair they charge you for it as if it was your property. Our bathroom ceiling fell and it had mold on the window and on behind the toilet. They charge me 1200 in my account with out even telling me. The repairs were not our fault. I have tried calling to get it fee resolved many times and they say they will send me a letter and never do. I just recently got another bill charge of 348 dollars, with out any notice ... read more
I wish I could give less than 1 star. The apartment was ok but the management company is TERRIBLE. They will charge you for ever small thing you need repaired.. our garbage disposal stopped working and they came in and fixed it. We saw a bill for it the next day even though we assumed malfunctions like that were covered in the lease. Also, they took out a significant portion of our security deposit for things they couldn’t really prove. I would never rent from them. There is mold in our apartment and it has been over 6 months that someone was suppose to come out and fix it and nothing. I have called multiple time and they keep stating maintance is behind and that is their only solution. Since we have live here they also raise rent every renewal. I would stay away from this company by any means. I would go as far to them slumlords

Integral Management Company is extremely untrustworthy, they have broken their word on their rental policies, and exploit their tenants for their financial gain. They break their rental agreements with relatively minor penalties so that their tenants will not take the matters to court. Do not do business with this organization!

Ryan, all of our clients sign agreements with deadlines for payments. We offer a grace period but when the terms are not met there are fees which are stated in the agreement and explained at execution, in your case, $5.00 for being late with the monthly payment. We stand behind our policies and treat all our clients equally and with a high level of respect and a commitment to good customer service.
