Mrs. Mouzon loved verbally assaulting me and threatening me at my store while I was managing at the best of my abilities an understaffed store during holiday season. She also loved insulting me and calling me racial slurs because English is not my first language. Way to go! A nice report has been filed.
I do not recommend anybody to work here. I am in the process of filing a claim for not receiving my wages. Office was highly unorganized so I quit after 2 days and informed Dr. mouzon assistant that I would not be returning and to mail my check. That was the 1st week of August and here it is 2 pay periods later and I still have not received my check, the office assistant stopped responding and the previous office manager stated she would pass it along however she was still there when I left. I am a very nervous type of person and get anxiety everywhere I go and the first couple times I went there. It was so bad. I didn't know if I was going to be able to stay there or not until the Doctor Mouzon came into the room and started talking with me. My nerves didn’t calm down that day. Only reason I’m leaving one star is because I can’t leave 0. In fact, I’m convinced that anyone leaving anything over 1 star is based off family or people that know anyone who works at this establishment that were asked to leave a review. When I started here about 2 years ago everything seemed mad cool, especially because I wanted a black female psychiatrist. Then out of no where things took a turn for the absolute worse. They have put my wife, who struggles with depression and anxiety, through the wringer. She needed a single prior authorization for a medication she's taken for 10 years. This is the second time they've made her go cold turkey without meds in the last 2 months. I don't know what changed in their office, but this is now bordering on medical negligence. I will be looking for another psychiatrist for her ASAP.
