Only reason I’m leaving one star is because I can’t leave 0. In fact, I’m convinced that anyone leaving anything over 1 star is based off family or people that know anyone who works at this establishment that were asked to leave a review. They have put my wife, who struggles with depression and anxiety, through the wringer. She needed a single prior authorization for a medication she's taken for 10 years. This is the second time they've made her go cold turkey without meds in the last 2 months. I don't know what changed in their office, but this is now bordering on medical negligence. I will be looking for another psychiatrist for her ASAP.
They have zero communication between departments. Doctors don't communicate with staff. Prior authorizations can take up to a week and half. Everything is fine unless you have a problem. If you encounter a problem it seems to take at least 10 calls and an in person visit to get it straightened out. The worst psychiatrist office I've ever been.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Calling Integral Wellness a clinic is an insult to actual medical professionals everywhere. Every glowing review here must be satire (or written under duress), because there is not a single person on this planet who would willingly recommend this circus of disorganization and unprofessionalism to someone they care about.
