These people bought Kensington Apartments on 3300 Manor Road and haven’t fixed my hot water since Christmas 2022. I’m not even part of Integral Care. Code Enforcement was called and it’s been past 30 days so fines start @2000.00 per day, per violation so 2 violations are 4000.00 a day. 28,000 a week. Something needs to be done about the management that also stole my rent money as well. I need to talk to someone that’s above him

Reached out today and was told I could only consult with counselor couldn't see Dr or prescriber. Hearing voices, seeing things huge mood swings and panic attacks not sleeping even with current meds. Talk with a nurse on the phone nothing happened not even a return call. This is supposed to be emergency services this is absolute worst I've been served by these folks but it's common practice with them now.
