Went here because it was closer than Care Now. I was very impressed. They were so nice and it was fast. I've paid the high copay at CareNow and gotten one medicine that doesn't help so I end up following up with my doctor and paying again. They gave me a shot and 3 different things to clear pneumonia. This was yesterday and I felt better later that day. Today I'm better than yesterday. My husband was also sick and went last night and also got great fast service.
I loved it! The staff were very welcoming & friendly. I was in & out in no time. After receiving 2 shots for my sickness i began to feel better hours later. I didn't receive a hassle with my insurance which was a plus. Overall if i ever become sick again I'll definitely return to Integra Urgent Care in Grand Prairie, Tx.
Awesome customer service from the time i checked in and checked out!!! Very friendly and the Dr was amazing!!! I was pretty sick!! Bronchitis !!! All the staff was awesome - will for sure go back !!!! A+++++++ - I WENT to the one in Grand Prairie!!!! Dr. Gupta was awesome and stuff and nurse - very professional and caring !!!
Great place. The staff and Doctor were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back for all our urgent medical needs.
