Extremely unimpressed with the service provided. Was told the vehicle problem in question would be addressed and was not fixed. After more work which I was told needed to be done to fix my problem, the problem was still unaddressed. I received a $650 bill and no closer to having my issue fixed.
Took my truck in for an alignment. They said I need ball joints and quoted $1400 Said it wasn’t suitable for the highway or my trip out of town. Drove it home on the highway just fine. Checked the play in my tires at home and it’s very minimal and an alignment would have been doable. Only reason they get 2 stars is because they didn’t charge me for there time. Won’t be coming back
This is the only place to buy tires! Their customer service is consistent, they are so knowledgeable, quick and always going the extra mile. Do yourself a favor and shop here!
