Good info and fast service - can’t beat em!
Wow! When it comes to auto services scam artists are around every corner but Integra Tire took time to listen to my concerns, not just perform and bill me for services not required (in this case allignment), tried more cost effective approaches first, and communicated brilliantly at every turn. I will be back for more auto services (and probably tires too )!
I just called the shop and requested an appointment to have all four tires taken off and rotors measured on my SUV. I was quoted two hours at $400. I know better and told the lady on phone that it shouldn’t take more than 45 minutes and at that point, she dropped the quote down to $165. I called a different shop… they quoted me $70. He told me it will take them 30 mins tops. As a female, I would expect this kind of quote from a man, but I spoke with a woman. Buyer beware, especially if you are a women.
