Came out of my client’s house yesterday to find my back tire had lost a lot of air. Went to the gas station to put air in my tire walked across the parking lot to a well-known business to have them look at my tire and to have it patched and repaired. They gave me the big runaround that my tires were too old and all of them needed to be replaced and they were not going to be able to do it. So I found myself in a bit of a pickle. Wir hatten mit unserem gemieteten Wohnmobil einen platten Reifen. Uns wurde sehr zügig und kompetent weitergeholfen und innerhalb von 10 Minuten war der Reifen ausgewechselt. Supernette Menschen, die den Laden führen. Top Service!
My neighbour pointed out a flat rear tire six days ago so I used a bicycle pump and 200 strokes later I had 30psi. Next morning the tire was 4 psi down. Drove car a few km and parked, and now could see a screw head embedded in it. Pumped it back up to 34 psi that night and planned for repair. Next day I drove to Integra Tire and waited for a short time in my car to pull into the service area. Terrible customer service. I simply asked how long I would have to wait, and the staff started yelling at me and getting upset for no reason. Completely unprofessional behavior — no customer should be treated this way. I will never go back and do not recommend this shop to anyone.
The staff is rude. Sucks I don’t go back.
