low quality work. I don't recommend working with Jim Tucker / James Tucker. He did a laughable job on an appraisal. Factual errors & poor comps choices... you'd think someone calling themselves a "professional" would take pride in their work. I think the motivation here is to just churn out appraisals and not really pay close attention. Just retire already and quit wasting peoples' time
Elmir Merdzanovic is amazing to work with! We, as a Mortgage Broker, have worked with Elmir a couple of times now and he's so hands on every time! Great with getting us the docs we need for the Transaction, great communication, great attitude about everything, and overall just great to work with! We're looking forward to working with Elmir some more in the future!
Why advertise an open house if your agent isn’t going to show up for it? Wasted 40 minutes driving there and back and just noticed the agent (Valree) updated the open house to be later in the day because she couldn’t show up on time.
Eddie did a great job listening to what we wanted to achieve and helped price accordingly. His marketing was top notch. When it came to responding to offers and counters, he represented our interests well. As I write this review we are watching the movers take the last items from our house and Eddie played a big part selling it quickly and at a good price.
