Elmir Merdzanovic is amazing to work with! We, as a Mortgage Broker, have worked with Elmir a couple of times now and he's so hands on every time! Great with getting us the docs we need for the Transaction, great communication, great attitude about everything, and overall just great to work with! Why advertise an open house if your agent isn’t going to show up for it? Wasted 40 minutes driving there and back and just noticed the agent (Valree) updated the open house to be later in the day because she couldn’t show up on time.
Eddie did a great job listening to what we wanted to achieve and helped price accordingly. His marketing was top notch. When it came to responding to offers and counters, he represented our interests well. As I write this review we are watching the movers take the last items from our house and Eddie played a big part selling it quickly and at a good price.

I was very disappointed that my agent didn’t know the condo HOA didn’t accept FHA loans until the day AFTER closing. Shouldn’t he have known this before the sale got so far?!?
