The house ran out of hot water at 10.00p.m. on a friday evening going into a long weekend with Monday being a holiday. I called numerous plumbing companies and not one could assist until the following Tuesday. I then found Integra's number and called them. I was impressed with the young man who arranged to do a visit within hours of the call. The old tank was removed, new one was installed, all done within 24 hours.
