I did pelvic floor therapy with Emily to prepare for the birth of my first child. She was always so professional and made both myself and my husband feel very comfortable every step of the way. I went into labour with minimal fear because I was so confident after all the work we did. An amazing experience and I would recommend her to all of my friends!

Integra is intentionally misrepresenting OHIP regulations to trick patients into paying private fees for public services. I booked an appointment with the Skin Lab for a service covered by OHIP. Throughout the entire booking process, there was zero mention of a fee. Only after my appointment was "confirmed" was I suddenly prompted to enter credit card information. Finding this suspicious, I emailed to ask why my card was being requested since the service is publicly funded. Only then did they disclose a staggering $225 fee!!... read more
