disappointing experience from medical staff, front desk and management
Unfortunate when doctors don't care about you but even more ridiculous when management claims to but doesn't. My friend is currently addressing some poor treatment at the clinic and they have rescheduled TWICE. If you don't want to call her and address the situation, simply say that. Stop telling the poor girl you will call her at 1230 and then leave her hanging. Medical clinics should not GHOST people. Ridiculous. Never coming here.
some judgmental doctors. clinic is strict and wont allow you to reschedule without charging you a fee if you dont want to book with the doctor again. for a clinic that only seems to staff temporary doctors, please work on a system where patients can reflect whether or not they want to continue to meet certain staff. some very inexperienced individuals working here
