If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute scam artists taking advantage of people. Do not use integra floors in Helensvale.
Fantastic service all the way through from quoting to installation. Dealt with Richard throughout and he ensured the whole process ran smoothly. Highly recommend.
Wonderful experience dealing with Integra floors for the installation of Regupol flooring in our body corporate gym - from the initial quote, sizing to the perfect, first class installation. Richard the project manager provided a competitive price for such a quality product, a workable timeline and with Sophie, valuable information about the product and its care. Communication was first rate. The installation by Rod is flawless and looks fantastic. It was a pleasure dealing with Integra. Highly recommend.
I will never deal with this company again. Id rather rip up what we have put different flooring down. It started it off well, with Ray being very knowledgeable and offering a very decent price but I should have realized that when the first promise was broken more would soon to be followed. They organised for a rep to come out for a measure and quote... and when he never showed I should have seen the warning signs. I decided to DIY anyway so went ahead with the purchase.
