Incompetent at billing. Push extraordinarily expensive versions of the same drugs you can get generic for 10 bucks a month. Have two therapists on staff one of whom disappeared for weeks. Group therapy, 4 times out of 5 was me and one therapist. Lose payments. Want frequent urine tests that they send out for no reason since they get results immediately that bill insurance $3600 a pop (no joke). Change their number with no notice. The list goes on and on. Complete waste of time and money.
I highly recommend INSynergy to anyone in need. The staff is very professional, caring, & extremely knowledgeable. They never give up on their clients...even when they tend to give up on themselves. They are very supportive of the family not only the client. Ashley, Jamie, & Dr Taca have been a life line for me when my loved one was (is) in the depth of her addiction & darkness of her mental illness. A big huge THANK YOU TO EVERYONE!
The Bridge started working IMMEDIATELY! The work they're doing here is groundbreaking and the medical staff are beyond imaginable they stay in touch 24/7 via cell phone! I will recommend Insynergy to everyone. Thank you Insynergy for your excellent care!
