TOTAL INCOMPETENCE!!!! For 2 years I ask them to find a more competitive rate. They ignored me for (2) years. I placed my insurance elsewhere and sent them (3) emails informing them to NOT RENEW MY POLICY. THAT IT HAD BEEN PLACED WITH A NEW AGENCY. THEY REWEWED THE OLD POLICY AND WITHDREW PREMIUM'S FOR THE REPLACED POLICY ANYWAY!!!
