It was very easy to rent a unit the online process was very simple and informative . They even did a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied with the service the only thing I saw was the property could use a little maintenance as far as grass and bushes going through the fence highly recommended them for easy rental and access
Absolutely love this place. My belongings have been stored here for over a year, and I've never had any issues. It's always clean, and the gated entry makes me feel safe when accessing my unit.
Been renting here for over a year. Generally a good place to store. No frills but who needs that for storing stuff.
BEWARE!!!! Wish I could give them 0 stars. Delivered payments in check form for years. Today I went and everything was taped shut. When I called to ask what was going on, they told me they closed my account 2 years ago! Despite me updating my information with them years ago, they never reached out. They claim they have the wrong information (phone and address), but what happened the day I updated this IN PERSON!?! And what happened to my checks that were being dropped off these 2 years?! If you have the funds to go somewhere else I suggest you run far away from this place. My experience: first unit full of someone else’s stuff, second unit, full of nails sticking out on both sides, third unit was attached to the unit they just gave me so it still had one side of wall full of nails sticking out (the pointy end) then the fourth unit was filthy and ranked of roaches but by this point and time I was so exhausted I took it and cleaned it somewhat with bleach, but needs a lot more done to it, they also overcharged... read more
