Very unprofessional and I'm very rude when u ask for supervisor u never get transferred to one either the lie and say one isn't available after having u on hold never no call back not giving people correct nor all the info as they should very poor customer service didn't receive a call letting know that my bill was due had to call to fine out cause I forgot but to fine out my bill went from $77 which I paid before the month before now it's time again to pay again now all of a sudden now they saying $150 is due how and why co... read more
I was supposed to get my car towed and they kept putting me on hold back and forth between them and the road side assistance from 8am to 4 pm. This is a very bad company and I don't recommend them to anybody. They take your money but because they deal with fake insurance companies when it's time to help, you don't see them. They are the worst insurance company I have ever had. Please do yourself a favor and take your money somewhere else.
