Totally agree with the fact that they used to have good customer service but right now they don't even deserve one star. You try to contact them for a question and they don't answer back or do so when you keep insisting, They only answer to sell you a policy but after that you are on your own. I can't imagine what would be the response if there is a catastrophic event. West Virginia to Orlando! Yeepiiii I recently moved to Orlando from West Virginia and needed to Insured my car and renter's insurance. I search the web and I find Mariana's office and they helped me get everything ready in a very timely fashion. The customer service rep Mando talked me through the differences in my policies and made sure that I received copies of all documentation. I would definitely recommend this agency!

Garzor Insurance is Very Helpful My insurance company (State Farm) dropped my Home policy which was very stressful for me. I called around to a bunch of insurance agencies but could not get a call back!!! My Partner told me that he noticed a sign for Garzor at a local magazine so I decided to call. Very good people They offer a great atsmosphere to discuss your insurance needs with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Their building is very nice. Yes I Recommend this fellas. I'm a retired contractor living with a small pension that is why I need save some money, I had insurance for my three Mobile Homes with Citizens and this lady (Marianna) found a new private company and now I'm saving $ 2.081 per year.
