Totally agree with the fact that they used to have good customer service but right now they don't even deserve one star. You try to contact them for a question and they don't answer back or do so when you keep insisting, They only answer to sell you a policy but after that you are on your own. I can't imagine what would be the response if there is a catastrophic event.
