Brian Fain is heaven sent. He called me to see how I was doing with my insurance quote that I inquired about weeks ago. Because of his warm personality and his great customer service skills, I decided to make a purchase today. He was very knowledgeable and honest. I’ve been with Todd Shambo’s office for pretty much all of my adult life, and they are always great! I have home, auto, rental dwelling, and personal business insurance through them!
