$60 broker fee is ridiculous! I knew my down payment was way too much and she made me feel like it was because of my driving record rather then saying $60.00 was added for a broker fee.
Lots of hidden charges. Customer continues to be charged long after policy expires and it is difficult to cancel auto payments. I would give them a 0/10 as in zero out of 10. I don’t like companies that are built on taking advantage of their customers! I’m used to working with reputable insurance companies for over 3 decades, but because of a lapse in my insurance I needed an SR22 and this was an eye opening experience for sure!
