Excellent service - great prices
Absolutely horrible, worst customer service I’ve ever had. They are not 24/7 like most insurance companies, they close at 5:30 and don’t work on weekends. I left message for them to call me back during office hour and they never followed up with me. This company also requires a huge down payment (90 dollars for me) which good insurance companies do not require. The saleslady also tricks me and says the big insurance companies are going to charge additional fees when I give hem my credit card number, which just isn’t the case... read more
