My first experience with "corporate dentistry". The Good: The office is clean, bright, and up to date with all the newest technology. IRENE who did my Digital X-Rays/Scans is fantastic. Great manner, funny but professional. When I eventually saw a dentist, Dr. TODD was equally fantastic. I was only having a deep cleaning done, but we discussed the procedure, what he wanted to accomplish and what I needed to do in the future. for the past several weeks I have made multiple requests by phone and internet requesting that you send my last set of xrays to Dr Haws on state street 805-569-2002. You fail me. Continuously. I have ZERO confidence in you and if I do not receive information that you have assisted me in this matter not only will I never again set foot in your office, every family member friend associate and internet forum will be informed of the miserable experience I have been having.
