Agency has really went down hill since Robin retired last year
Excellent service, the best rates, quick responses, very helpful when we've had claims (car wreck, water damage) needing immediate attention. I've been with them for many years and that's not going to change.
I set up payments for my car insurance, for my car in August 2023. First they were debiting from my account, but when I called to change card in January 2023, due to a change of a card, they did not submit it. This one, I will pass on as I do not even know what to say but between the insurance broker and the insurance, I was not told until it was too late.
