Reed was good at first but failed to tell me that an inspection was going to happen and waited until after I got the insurance to let me know an internal and exterior inspection was going to happen and was "required". Also took many, many tries for me to get online to set up autopay as their system did not work correctly and neither Reed nor the actual insurance company could get it fixed after numerous calls to them to help me.
