You are easy to work with. That is really important because let's face it, buying insurance isn't the most fun, exciting thing to do. It's kind of like eating healthy. We have used Insurace Services Group, Inc for 5 years or so. They were super helpful when setting up the policies and advised us well. Over the years they have helped us when going through a refinance and getting a new car! We appreciate knowing they are there when we need them
Unfortunately over the years we have had to make a couple claims. They have always been amazing and easy to work with and they staff at the local office if phenomenal.
I have worked with Scottie Moffett since the 1990's. She is the greatest!!! She is quick to answer all my questions. Sometimes, I feel like I should know the answer but Scottie always assures me that any question or request is worth her time. I can't say enough about how helpful she is and I love listening to her Scottish brogue when I get a chance to talk to her on the phone. She is the best insurance advisor we have ever used.
